Leave due to internet outage is still there. Never got a loss for it weirdly enough, but I'd rather take the loss than the leave mark :P

There's really no reason to reset the leaves, if you don't fix issues that lead to leaves. I mean...what?

Im getting tired of this , today i've got 9 leavers in 9 consecutive games and the same leaver twice in the day...There is no way to perma ban their accounts? Cause instead of League of Legends is becoming League of Leavers.

I'm lost. I STILL have leaves on my account and I've seen "register" all over the this post. Where do I register to have these leaves removed...?
