Updated spreadsheet coming this weekend. Sorry This is taking so long to update, adding every champions base stats and by level gains to the spread as well.

If you do not have Microsoft Excel, I recommend OpenOffice.

I'm also using OpenOffice and would also recommend it.

If you took more time, you could figure out our implied gold per stat values and so forth on these runes and just figure out how we autobalance this ;p
