After playing ~15 games with him my opinion is that his early game is really strong, mid game is good as well, but fades off into late game,
with his only valid points late game being the ult to break turtles... after that he is usually wtf pwned, if not then he can stun throw a spear and maybe get off a good heartseeker strike.

This is just my two cents and I would like to see everyone else's opinions.

Late game his heart seeker does over 1k aoe damage

and he still has a quick recharging stun - hes fine ish imo

Heart seeker, does do good damage, but usually because pantheon initiates late game he gets focus fired down too quickly. Either that or he dies in the aoe...

On a side note i find heart seeker pretty balanced as in a sense it is a skill shot as it has a small hitbox.

Pantheon is a strong balanced character imo.

He does suffer a bit from melee, but I think the niche's that he covers balances that out.

He plays very different. One of the few almost solid physical damage champs.


So attack damage is very important. If it's Mid-late game and your are sub 200 attack damage your going to have problems. I've seen crazy attack speed/lifesteal builds and they don't do nothing. He's a carry and his two primary attack ability's go off it one on a very short cd.

The aoe is also somewhat new for physical dmg and not be magical. Only thing magical is his ult dmg.

He's also the fastest melee champ without using any abilities. Base movement is 330. Boots 1 puts you at 380. It takes many champs boots 2 to get there. Boots 2 gives him 400.

So you can add mobility to his advantages.

Its not the champion its the player.


Pantheon as a champion is fine. Well balanced. Very versatile.

Summoners who fail at LoL make pant look bad though.

Panth is only an initiator on small skirmishes, like 2v2 or 3v3

a full 5v5 you should let the tank in first and then you jump their backlines

Pantheon is a great balanced hero. He can harass **** good early game and late game, if you go full damage items he can be a devastating DPS dealer in group fights.

If you're against a group of squishy guys late game, his Fast spear attacks can deal more than 1k./1.5k, his spear can deal like 400 ish *near 500* so pretty much he's great and balanced

He might need a slight nerf, I find he tends to dominate any game he's in.. on the other hand he's never killed me in a "bull****" way, it's always been avoidable.

Overall, great balanced new character, GJ with him after the Udyr/Poppy scandals :P

EDIT: And Gargas scandal, LOL I forgot he even existed.

He seems to only shine in premades. Too many people rambo all over the map with his ulti and whiff with it.
