League-wide issues in some regions caused Clash problems on Jan 16 & 17. We've scheduled a make-up.
During the January 16 & 17 Clash, League-wide issues in several regions ended up impacting Clash tournaments, too. Clash competitors experienced widespread problems—in some cases, tournament cancellations—on the 17th in RU and TR, and on both days in EUW and EUNE.
We refunded tickets to all RU and TR players who competed on the 17th, and all EUW and EUNE players who competed on either/both days.
In addition, we're scheduling a make-up Clash tournament in these regions for Wednesday, Feb 3 and Thursday, Feb 4. While this isn't how we had planned on rolling out our first weekday tournament, we'd love to hear how this new timing option works for you as part of our effort to make Clash accessible to more players this year.

Like the January tournament, you can still compete if you haven't finished your Season 2021 placements, as long as you had a rank in Season 2020. Also like January, this make-up tournament will be part of the Shadow Isles cup, rounding out Clash's preseason before we reinstate the current-season-rank requirement with the Zaun cup in February.
While we're sad that server-wide issues started 2021 off on a bad foot for Clash, we appreciate all of you who keep rallying your teams to compete. Best of luck in the make-up tournament!
