Welcome to the Golden Spatula Cup #3!

This weekend, 128 of the best players in EMEA will fight on the last Golden Spatula Cup in Runeterra Reforged for GSC points, 11,450€ in cash prize, and a direct invite to the Rising Legends Finals.

General Overview of GSC #3

WHAT: To make sure you are aware of how the Golden Spatula Cup #3 works, you can check the Ruleset here.

WHEN: From the 6th to the 8th of September. Each day, the pre-show will start at 15:30 and the first game will be at 16:00.

WHO: 128 players qualified from Open Qualifier, Ladder, and TFT Regional Competitions (TRCs).

WHERE: On the official Teamfight Tactics Twitch channel or in Lolesports.com.

WHY: GSC points, 11,450€ in cash prize, and a direct invite to the Rising Legends Finals.

Format Explainer

As usual, there will be six rounds played each day. Lobbies will be reseeded between every game in a swiss system and, after Day 1, the field will be cut in half to 64 players.

Following the same format, the top 32 players on Day 2 will make it to Day 3.

Then, on the third day, the winner will secure their spot in the Rising Legends Finals.

The 2nd to 64nd place players will receive Golden Spatula Cup Points, and after this Golden Spatula Cup, the top 21 points earners will earn their spot in the Rising Legends Finals.

Player Qualification System

We will have 128 qualified players that earned their spot in the tournament in 3 different ways:

OPEN QUALIFIER

A competition held between September 30th and October 2nd in which the top 32 players.

RANKED LADDER

This Rank Lock will provide 48 spots in the Golden Spatula Cup to the best players on the ladder:

• EUW: 30 spots.
• EUNE: 10 spots.
• TR: 6 spots.
• RU: 2 spots.

TRC

A total of 48 players are qualified for the Golden Spatula Cup #3 Tournament:

• DACH: 6 spots.
• France: 6 spots.
• Eastern Europe: 6 spots.
• Poland: 6 spots.
• Türkiye: 5 spots.
• RoEMEA: 5 spots.
• Northern Europe: 4 spots.
• Spain: 4 spots.
• MENA: 3 spots.
• Italy: 3 spots.
