Age Restrictions

Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult, 18 and above.

Sign Policy

Flags, banners, signs, or LED boards of any kind are not permitted.

Camera Policy

The event staff reserve the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event. Cameras with professional/interchangeable lenses will not be permitted, nor will monopods, tripods, or flash. Professional audio and video recording is strictly prohibited unless approved by the event. Unauthorized live streaming on social media and other forms of communication platforms from professional and personal devices is prohibited.

Cosplay Policy

• Costumes must not be excessively revealing.

• Cosplay weaponry, including prop or imitation weapons are prohibited

• Costumes must be constructed solely from soft fabric; non-cloth materials (e.g., metal, plastic, rigid props) are prohibited from being attached to attire.

• Costumes must ensure clear visibility for the wearer and others.

• Face coverings, masks, or obstructive accessories are not permitted; the face must remain fully visible, and you must remain identifiable at all times.

• Attendees may be requested to wear additional layers to meet event standards before entry.

• You must be able to independently and easily move your costume across stairs or ramps and pass through a security detector 76 cm wide and 203 cm tall.

• You must be able to sit in your seat while in costume without obstructing the view of others.

• Liquids, gels, airhorns, cowbells, or other disruptive/loud items are prohibited. (Final discretion rests with local police, Riot Games, and/or event security.)

• The use of items that produce smoke, fire, explosives, or other environmental hazards is strictly prohibited.

• Please note that all attendees of The League of Legends World Championship 2025 Finals must possess a valid ticket for entry.

• All final decisions regarding costumes are at the discretion of local police, Riot Games, and/or event security.

Bag Policy

Bags must fit comfortably under your seat, and oversized bags larger than 38cm x 38cm x 25cm wide are prohibited. Buggies and prams are also not permitted inside the venue; [Chengdu Dong‘An Lake Sportspark Gymnasium Stadium] provides a limited bag check, however, the venue/organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage. Re-entry Policy

This event permits single entry only. Re-entry will not be permitted once you exit the venue.

Items which are or may be illegal:

• Firearms, ammunition, explosives (including fireworks, cold fireworks, smoke bombs)

• Corrosive substances (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), radioactive materials, drugs

• Syringes, paint powders, self-pressurized containers (>100ml)

• Cameras, video recorders, audio recording equipment (including professional cameras, DSLRs, tripods, selfie sticks, stabilizers, etc.)

• Live streaming equipment (including microphones, lights, encoders, etc.)

• Projectors, loudspeakers, laser pointers, laser devices

• Power banks (capacity >20,000mAh), batteries (including large-capacity spare batteries)

• National flags, banners, flags, banners, poles

• Glow bracelets, glow sticks, lightsticks, LED headgear

• Balloons, inflatable toys, inflatable items (including party gas cylinders)

• Large luggage (dimensions >38cm × 38cm × 25cm)

• Tents, folding tables/chairs, camping carts, skateboards, bicycles

Additional Restrictions

• Organizers and security reserves the right to determine other items as security threats (e.g., fragile containers, sharp objects, metal chain accessories).

• Unauthorized electronic devices (e.g. Laptops, tablets, GoPros) are prohibited.

• Any items disrupting event order are banned (e.g., whistles, loudspeakers, air horns)

Shoot Notice

This is a live broadcast event. At the venue, you may be captured on film or video, and your image and likeness may appear in a direct broadcast and be used in the film. By participating at this event, YOU CONFIRM YOUR UNDERSTANDING THAT RIOT MAY USE OF YOUR IMAGE AND LIKENESS FOR TOURNAMENT COVERAGE AND MARKETING PURPOSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE VIDEO BEING SHOT, and in any final version of the video or film, including, without limitation, direct broadcast, commercial exhibition, promotion, sale, rental, resale, or other use or disposition of the content being produced. Riot may store and use this content for as long as may be reasonably required to achieve these purposes. 服装规定

• 禁止奇装异服，过于暴露。

• 禁止携带角色扮演武器,包括道具武器及仿真武器。

• 您的服装必须完全使用柔软布料制作，禁止在衣物上附加金属、塑料等硬质材料或道具。

• 服装需确保不阻挡穿戴者及他人视线。

• 禁止佩戴面罩、口罩或遮挡面部的配饰,您的面部必须全程可见，您必须始终能够被识别身份。

• 在您入场前,活动方可能要求加穿外套以满足入场标准。

• 此外，您必须能够独立轻松地将服装移过楼梯或坡道。您必须能够通过宽76厘米、高203厘米的安检金属探测器。

• 您还必须能够穿着服装坐在座位上，且不会妨碍周围人的视线。
