Age Restrictions

Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.

Sign Policy

Flags, banners, signs, or LED boards of any kind are not permitted.

Camera Policy

The event staff reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event. ALL CAMERAS regardless of size including camera lenses, and recording devices are not permitted. Professional audio and video recording is strictly prohibited unless approved by the event. Unauthorized live streaming on social media and other forms of communication platforms from professional and personal devices is prohibited.

Cosplay Policy

  • Costumes must not be excessively revealing.
  • Cosplay weaponry, including prop or imitation weapons are prohibited
  • Costumes must be constructed solely from soft fabric; non-cloth materials (e.g., metal, plastic, rigid props) are prohibited from being attached to attire.
  • Costumes must ensure clear visibility for the wearer and others.
  • Face coverings, masks, or obstructive accessories are not permitted; the face must remain fully visible, and you must remain identifiable at all times.
  • Attendees may be requested to wear additional layers to meet event standards before entry.
  • You must be able to independently and easily move your costume across stairs or ramps and pass through a security detector 76 cm wide and 203 cm tall.
  • You must be able to sit in your seat while in costume without obstructing the view of others.
  • Liquids, gels, airhorns, cowbells, or other disruptive/loud items are prohibited. (Final discretion rests with local police, Riot Games, and/or event security.)
  • The use of items that produce smoke, fire, explosives, or other environmental hazards is strictly prohibited.
  • Please note that all attendees of The League of Legends World Championship 2025 Quarterfinals and Semifinals must possess a valid ticket for entry.
  • All final decisions regarding costumes are at the discretion of local police, Riot Games, and/or event security.

Bag Policy

Bags must fit comfortably under your seat, and oversized bags larger than 38 cm x 38 cm x 25 cm wide are prohibited. Buggies and prams are also not permitted inside the venue. The League of Legends World Championship 2025 Quarterfinals and Semifinals do not provide an area to check bags, coats, prams, buggies, or any other personal belongings.

Re-entry Policy

This event permits single entry only. Re-entry will not be permitted once you exit the venue.

Prohibited Items

  1. ALL CAMERAS regardless of size including camera lenses, recording devices and outside food/drinks are not permitted
  2. Firearms, ammunition, explosives.
  3. Imitation weapons, including toy guns, bows, slingshots, knives, etc.
  4. Firecrackers, gasoline, alcohol, lighters, matches, or other flammable/explosive items.
  5. Toxic, corrosive, or radioactive substances.
  6. Harmful biological agents or infectious materials.
  7. Narcotics of any kind, including heroin, cocaine, cannabis, meth, etc.
  8. Flags, extendable poles, banners, signs, LED boards, laser pointers, and projectors.
  9. Fragile containers (e.g., glass bottles/cups), throwable food and drink, large hard fruits, or utensils.
  10. Items with political, racial, religious, violent, or commercial slogans used for promotion.
  11. Amplifying devices like musical instruments, whistles, horns, drums, etc.
  12. Potentially harmful sticks or sharp items such as bats, long umbrellas, or pointed umbrellas.
  13. Balls, rackets, frisbees, or similar objects.
  14. Unauthorized professional photography/videography equipment, including tripods or monopods.
  15. Unauthorized devices that may interfere with the event, such as radios, lasers, lighting rigs, projectors, walkie-talkies, etc.
  16. Drones or flying devices of any kind.
  17. Outside food and beverages.
  18. Laptops, tablets, or other large electronic devices that are not handheld.
  19. Other items prohibited by law or considered a security risk by authorities.

Shoot Notice

This is a live broadcast event. At the venue, you may be captured on film or video, and your image and likeness may appear in a direct broadcast and be used in the film. By participating at this event, YOU CONFIRM YOUR UNDERSTANDING THAT RIOT MAY USE OF YOUR IMAGE AND LIKENESS FOR TOURNAMENT COVERAGE AND MARKETING PURPOSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE VIDEO BEING SHOT, and in any final version of the video or film, including, without limitation, direct broadcast, commercial exhibition, promotion, sale, rental, resale, or other use or disposition of the content being produced. Riot may store and use this content for as long as may be reasonably required to achieve these purposes. Riot, including its affiliates and media partners, may use the content globally, without any territorial limitations.

入场规定

本次活动仅限单次入场，出场后无法再次进入。

违禁物品

  1. 所有相机，无论大小，包括相机镜头、录音设备以及外带食物/饮料均不得携带入场。
  2. 枪支、弹药、爆炸物品；
  3. 仿真枪及弓弩、弹弓、匕首等管制器具；
  4. 烟花爆竹、汽油、酒精、打火机、火柴等易燃、易爆危险物品；
  5. 剧毒、腐蚀性等危险化学品及放射性物品；
  6. 有害生物制剂、传染病病原体等危险物质：
  7. 海洛因、可卡因、大麻、冰毒等各类毒品；
  8. 旗帜、伸缩旗杆、横幅、标语、灯牌、激光笔、投影机等设备；
  9. 易碎容器(例如玻璃瓶/杯),易投掷食品饮料，较大的硬质水果和食物、刀具；
  10. 带有政治、种族、宗教、暴恐以及商业内容的横幅、标语以及其他用于宣传的物品；
  11. 扩音设备，如乐器、口哨、喇叭、鼓等各类扩音器具；
  12. 各类易造成人身伤害的棍棒及尖锐物品，如球棒、长柄伞、尖头伞等；
  13. 球、球拍、飞碟及类似物品；
  14. 任何未经授权的专业摄影摄像设备及用于照相机与摄像机的三角架、单角架；
  15. 可能影响演出正常进行或妨碍他人观演的未经授权物品，如收音机、激光
  16. 装置、照明设备、投影设备、对讲机、无线电设备等：
  17. 无人机、各类飞行器；
  18. 外带食物与饮品；
  19. 笔记本电脑、平板电脑等非手持大型电子设备；
  20. 国家法律法规明令禁止的其它物品或主办方认为与活动现场功能不符明显影响安全的其它物品。

拍摄须知

本次活动为现场直播。在活动现场，您的影像可能会被拍摄到影片中，您的形象和肖像也可能会出现在直播中并用于影片中。参加本次活动即表示您确认理解，主办方可能会将您的形象和肖像用于与所拍摄视频相关的赛事报道和营销目的，以及用于视频或影片的任何最终版本，包括但不限于直播、商业展览、推广、销售、出租、转售或以其他方式使用或处置所制作的内容。主办方可能会在实现这些目的所需的合理时间内存储和使用这些内容。主办方及其关联公司和媒体合作伙伴可以在全球范围内使用这些内容，不受任何地域限制。
